DeanGeyer.net was created on the night Dean's Australian Idol audition was screened across the country. The site started off just as a forum, which was becoming so popular we decided to create a website to go hand in hand with it, launched in September 2006. DG.net has grown into becoming the most popular Dean Geyer online resource, with over 120,000 visitors since its opening.
Not only has DG.net been embraced by fans, it has also been embraced by Dean Geyer himself, who has admitted on national radio that he prefers us to the Official Sony BMG website, saying DeanGeyer.net is "the original and the best" (hear audio here).
In early 2007 DG.net was voted Australia's 3rd favourite website in the Smash Hits yearly readers survey (click here for the image), and has also been written about in TV Week (see image below) and spoken about on radio.
